IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY!
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Vikonix Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and associated media and printed materials (if any), and may include online or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The term "SOFTWARE PRODUCT" also shall include any upgrades, modified versions or updates of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT licensed to you by Vikonix Software.
1. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
2. There are freeware and shareware versions of SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The freeware version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT hasn't some features. Clauses 3, 4, 5 of EULA are applied for shareware version only.
3. For shareware version, subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by Vikonix Software to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this software after the 30-day evaluation period a registration fee is required. See the MultiTextor web site at http://www.multitextor.com/order for information about ordering.
4. Unregistered use of SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.
5. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use SOFTWARE PRODUCT, for any legal purpose. SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be installed at any number of computers but the number of licenses must not be less than the maximum number of simultaneous running the SOFTWARE PRODUCT instances (working in parallel) at the all computers. Registered users get the minor version updates of SOFTWARE PRODUCT free and get discount for major version update. The registered SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.
6. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT freeware and unregistered trial version, may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified.
- No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of SOFTWARE PRODUCT without written permission from the Vikonix Software.
- Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same distribution.
- Any custom configuration files must be distributed as external package.
7. SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE VIKONIX SOFTWARE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program must be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
8. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Vikonix Software reserves all rights not expressly granted here.
